VISION COMPUTING reports record sales for September. |
October 5, 1997 |
September was a record sales month for VISION COMPUTING. Following
on the heals of our efforts at the 1997 New Mexico Computer Expo, our
gross revenue this month beat our previous best month by almost 40%.
Additionally, sales for the year have increased over 1996. At the end of
the third quarter our sales are up by almost a third over the same time
last year. We thank all our clients for their business and support. We
look forward to providing additional services in the future as our
business continues to grow.

VISION COMPUTING owner
gets high marks for seminars at 1997 New Mexico Computer Expo. |
August 17, 1997 |
Attendees at the 1997 New Mexico Computer Expo gave VISION
COMPUTING owner Mark Leo-Russell high grades for his seminars on
computer graphics. Fifty people were expected to attend our first
Introduction to Computer Graphics workshop but almost 200
crowded into the Mesilla room at the Albuquerque Convention Center. Of
those returning seminar evaluation forms, over 25% of the audience gave
Mr. Leo-Russell perfect scores on all 16 survey questions. The results
of the evaluations are shown on the graph below. We thank those people
who stopped at our booth to discuss the seminars; your comments were
much appreciated. Since we under-estimated the number of attendees and
many other people stopped by the booth to get copies of the notes, we
were in a continual state of printing more handouts for the rest of the
Expo weekend. Our laser printer received a well-deserved rest after the
Expo closed on Sunday!
The chart below shows the average scores for each of the
seminar evaluation questions. Scores range from 0 (low) to 4 (high).
